Today, we have a spark in our lives episode with an amazing guest, Heather Hamel. After a divorce, she awoke one day and realized she had not been living the life she wanted to be, but the one she felt that she was “supposed” to be living. Heather Hamel is now on a mission to create and influence beauty in the world, which she does through design and writing. Heather Hamel Design is Heather’s business that helps to transform rental spaces into beautiful, welcoming environments using Heather’s eye for design.
We spoke with her about how her life has shifted positively and how she is continually on the road to self-discovery. Through hearing her story, we can understand how to take control of our own lives and ensure we are living for ourselves.
