Grapefruit Basil Mojito

Grapefruit Basil Mojito

We’re continuing the summer series of sharing some of the DIY summer cocktails we enjoy at home. Yes, it’s still summer! This round, we have a wonderful cocktail using rum, yum, and fresh basil from our garden: a grapefruit basil mojito. It’s the perfect summer drink! Pretty sure we say that about all of our cocktails, but we can’t pick a favorite. There is something about this one though, that makes you feel like you’re being a little healthy: grapefruit, basil from the garden… I mean, it works, right?!
