The 2026 edition is officially live.
Throughout the year, you’ll work through three core types of clutter:
Physical clutter
All the random items that quietly take over, like stray socks, lidless containers, and the pile of magazines waiting for a moment you know is not coming. Clearing these helps your home breathe again.
Digital clutter
The behind-the-scenes buildup that slows everything down. Old files, forgotten downloads, duplicate photos, and apps you grabbed during a “maybe someday” moment. A little digital reset goes a long way.
Mental clutter
The buzzing thoughts that act like an open tab in your mind. The to-do list running in the background, the tension from yesterday, the stress about tomorrow. Making room here often brings the most significant relief.
