This episode is brought to you by our friends over at Eartheasy. Eartheasy is a family business committed to bringing you practical products and information for sustainable living. Eartheasy shares what they have learned from nearly 40 years of living close to the land. We love Eartheasy. In fact, we are in the process of filling two of their natural cedar-raised garden beds right now for our gardening season, and cannot wait to show you our garden process as we move along.

With Earth Day being this Friday, April 22, 2022, we thought we would talk about ways that you can celebrate Earth Day by making a positive impact on the Earth.

In this episode we chat about:

  • Our top five ways that you can celebrate Earth day, and make a wonderful impact.
  • Eartheasy raised bed gardens, and how we are implementing them into our gardening process.

About arneradventures

Hi, we are Shannon and Gerry Arner, and our rescue, fur baby, Betty White. After owning our own business, working 24/7, we made a lifestyle change and decided to make the most out of life. We sold our house, downsized, and moved to the coast. We are wanderlusters; we live life minimally, but fully. We live each day as an adventure, and enjoy sharing them with you!

🎙️
Mariana Cadore was involved in an unhealthy relationship with food and her beliefs. After dissecting every aspect of her life, including her toxic relationship with food, she realized she had work to do— to become the healthy and happy person she could love and feel good about, she had to rid negative thoughts, unrealistic fears, and bad habits, most of which she didn’t know she had.
🎙️
Mariana’s special talent lies in helping people make that first step of admitting they want to do better. Once lost, now found, Mariana’s greatest achievement is guiding others to the other side of fear and sadness and onto a new path of joy. She believes we all have untapped potential and she wants to be the catalyst in empowering people to have a better life, A life where the energy feels unlimited, strength feels natural, joy is common and love is the path.
