With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we thought it would be a great time to create a checklist to inspire ourselves, and hopefully you, to consider your own mental health and well-being throughout the month, but also, to take it along even past May. This is a checklist that you can revisit throughout the year, to be mindful of ways to keep your mental wellness a priority. We use it ourselves and find it super helpful!
We hope this checklist helps to support not only your mental health, but inevitably your physical and spiritual health, because they all work hand in hand. It’s important to know that taking care of yourself is paramount for being able to show up for the people in your life who need you, so you are in turn, doing it for those you love as well.
