With May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we thought it would be a great time to create a checklist to inspire ourselves, and hopefully, you, to consider your own mental health and well-being throughout the month, but also, to take it along even past May. This is a checklist that you can revisit throughout the year, to be mindful of ways to keep your mental wellness a priority. We use it ourselves and find it super helpful!

We hope this checklist helps to support not only your mental health but inevitably your physical and spiritual health because they all work hand in hand. It’s important to know that taking care of yourself is paramount for being able to show up for the people in your life who need you, so you are in turn, doing it for those you love as well. Let us know if you find this checklist helpful, and if you have any tips that you find to be useful for your mental wellness.

We take the topic of mental health seriously. Please reach out for help if you feel that you are having your own mental health issues or questions at all. We highly recommend that if you have the thoughts of harming yourself, you call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255 or you can visit suicidepreventionlifeline.org/

    Every once in awhile it’s good to be reminded to take care of yourself. I find myself glued to my phone and don’t take enough time to be mindful. I look forward to your posts because they are refreshing and makes me stop and think about what’s really important. Thank you
