Aster Haile is the voice that helps us sleep every night. Seriously.
We began listening to Aster’s sleep meditations when we were having trouble sleeping after the loss of our sweet furbaby, Betty White. Ever since, we have become acclimated to the sounds of her voice, the sleep meditations, stories, and hypnosis she narrates and guides through the BetterSleep app.
About Aster Haile
Aster Haile began as a journalist but found her true passion in wellness. Now, she’s the Head of Wellness at BetterSleep, where she’s created hundreds of guided meditations, hypnosis sessions, and bedtime stories in both English and French—her work reaching millions worldwide.
One of her most popular creations is ‘Starship-28,’ a bedtime story that takes you on a cosmic journey from the comfort of your bed.
Aster’s journey into wellness started with Buddhist studies and led her to use hypnosis as a natural childbirth tool. She’s certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and recently co-authored the 21-day sleep reset program at BetterSleep.
Outside of her professional life, she’s a mom, wedding planner, future hypnotherapist, and food lover who lives in Montreal with her family.
